• Reschedule purchased service

In order to reschedule a lesson, you must reschedule it no later than 24 hours after the scheduled appointment. If you exceed this time limit, the lesson cannot be rescheduled and will be deemed carried out.

• Cancellation and refund of purchased service

The customer may exercise their rights of cancellation and/or reconsideration during the 15 days following the date of purchase. In that case, he can request the refund of any lessons not used at the request date by e-mailing [email protected] and specifying “Request refund” on the subject.

After the 15 Days from the purchase date, any products/services available on the website will not be refundable.
