When i have booked my trial lesson on the availability calendar, how will i know that the booking was successful?

Once you have booked your trial lesson on the calendar you will receive a confirmation email on the email address you entered when booking. You will then receive an email from your assigned iLOL teacher.

Can I do my private lessons on any platform (Skype, Google Meet, Zoom...) I prefer?

Of course, you can choose whichever platform you are used to using, you just need to indicate this when you book your trial lesson.

What methods can I use to pay for my lessons on iLOL?

Within the e-commerce the user will have the opportunity to purchase the products/services on sale by choosing between the following payment methods:

– Bank transfer
– Stripe (payment by credit card)
– Apple Pay (mobile only)

As soon as the purchase has been made and the transaction has been verified, the user will receive an email containing an invoice for the purchase. It will always be possible to view and download invoices for purchases made by accessing your personal area using your login details created at the time of purchase.

How long are my lessons valid for and what form will they take?

All services purchased on the e-commerce website are valid for one year from the date of purchase, after which they can no longer be used.
The teaching activities for sale on ilearnonline.it and/or de.ilearnonline.it are conducted exclusively online on VoIP platforms. Appointments are exclusively one-to-one, teacher-student, scheduled and for the sole purpose of teaching Italian language and culture online.
